ASICS Release NFT ‘Sunrise Red’ Collection, Featuring Two GEL-Lyte IIIs
We’ve seen NFTs released via , and now have become the first major sneaker brand to digitise their sneakers via the new ‘Sunrise Red’ collection. Headlined by the two renditions of the iconic , the collection features nine silhouettes in total, releasing as digital sneakers.
To be launched via a special auction, there will be 189 ASICS NFTs available overall. The lineup includes the aforementioned GEL-Lyte IIIs, as well as the GEL-QUANTUM 360, METARACER, GEL-RESOLUTION 8, METARISE, METASPEED Sky, METASPRINT, flip flops, and sandals. There will be 20 NFTs of each of these digital sneakers in an eye-catching ‘Sunrise Red’ colourway, while each silhouette will also include one NFT with a limited-edition metallic gold colourway – expect these to be the most sought-after of the bunch.
ASICS will reinvest all proceeds from these NFTs through its Digital Goods Artist-in-Residence Program, which makes up part of its wider Sound Mind, Sound Body philosophy. You can bid on the NFTs now via .
