Another Look at UNC’s Air Jordan 5 PE
After a reveal a few weeks back, we’ve now got another look at the eye-catching Air Jordan 5 PE that was made for the University of North Carolina. Playing at UNC is no easy feat, but once you’ve made it, you can expect your fair share of perks – most notably access to some of rarest Jordan Brand Player Exclusive sneakers on the planet. Joining the lineup of sought-after Jays, this AJ5 is one of the more opulent offerings in recent memory.
Adding to a growing lineup of PEs, including a recent Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3, and Air Jordan 4, this Air Jordan 5 is decked out in UNC’s famed Carolina Blue hue, with the upper covered in classic Jumpman elephant print. The elevated features don’t stop there – navy suede tongues are decorated with embroidered UNC logos, while speckled shark teeth overlays hit the white midsole atop an icy outsole. Completing the ensemble is classic Nike Air branding embroidered on the heels.
Peep the detailed shots above, but don’t become too attached to ‘em… Just like all college PEs, these Air Jordan 5s won’t release to the public anytime soon.
