Worn by MJ during the 1993 NBA Playoffs, where he led the Chicago Bulls to their third straight championship, the sneaker has seen a few retros, most recently in 2013. The 2023 iteration is more true to the original, most notably using a red pulltab on the half bootie construction. Black nubuck makes up the upper with 23 branding seen on the signature criss-cross straps, with a black chenille patch on the tongue featuring a red Jumpman. The Mondrian-esque graphics are placed on the TPU panels on the medial and lateral sides of the sneaker with the same style seen on the sneaker’s outsole with splashes of concord.
