Official Images: Air Jordan 6 'Midnight Navy'
The Air Jordan 6 'Midnight Navy' was originally released in 2000, and it's been off the market for so long that it's old enough to buy a drink (at least in the US)! Now, however, Jordan Brand are bringing it back after a two-decade plus hiatus, and all its OG detailing is along for the ride.
Its colourblocking is simple and crisp, with a white leather upper surrounded by hits of eponymous blue on the tongue, heel tab, midsole and several branded accents. This colour layout is a staple for Michael Jordan's sixth signature sneaker – other styles that use a similar scheme include the Air Jordan 6 'Sport Blue' and Air Jordan 6 'White Infrared'. Icy blue detailing on the midsole finalises the look.
Sadly, the 'Sport Blue' is one of many Air Jordan styles that have fallen victim to factory delays and supply shortages. It was originally supposed to release Holiday 2021, but it's now being reported that it won't get to us until March 2022. When it does arrive, it'll retail at a standard $190.
