After releasing 'Obsidian', 'Red Flint' and 'Starfish' styles in 2021, Jordan Brand will be keeping the Air Jordan 13 at the centre of their release plans in 2022 with a yet-to-be-nicknamed white and yellow colourway with just a dash of red.

This fresh makeup was revealed by leak account @sneakerjamz_new, and though information on its exact date of arrival is nonexistent, it'll reportedly arrive in a general release run of 140,000 pairs. An official moniker and colour name for this take on Michael Jordan's 13th signature sneaker have yet to be announced as well.

However, due to its combination of white and yellow – and the presence of small dashes of red on the outsole – it may well draw from the colours of Oak Hill Academy, a high school basketball powerhouse in Virginia that boasts alums like Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant and Cole Anthony. Of course, Carmelo Anthony's run at Oak Hill was spotlighted in a 2018 Air Jordan 13 'Class of 2002', an unreleased part of the Jumpman's 'Back to School' pack.

We'll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for more information about this model's inspiration and its release date, so sit tight! If you're looking for more Jordan Brand content in the meantime, check out our latest instalment of Versus, in which we discuss if colabs can save the Air Jordan 2.
