The 'Court Purple' was one of a handful of styles hit by this year, as it was originally set to drop in December but was pushed back until January. Barring any further postponements, it'll be arriving to the market shortly – and ahead of its retail debut, official images have surfaced.
As is par for the course on 'Court Purple' models – think the and – the regal purple hue that gives the shoe its name is contrasted with stark black detailing. On the Air Jordan 13 'Court Purple', the signature shade appears on the midsole, heel and lower half of the upper, where it coats supple suede. The rest of the shoe is coated in black leather or textiles, the latter of which is interwoven with hi-vis reflective detailing, and a signature cat's eye badge on the heel rounds off the look. It's safe to say that the 'Court Purple' wouldn't look out of place as a Mike Bibby PE in another life, as it's very similar to an Air Jordan 13 Low Bibby wore during the 2004 season!
At the time of writing, the Air Jordan 13 'Court Purple' is scheduled for a January 8 drop barring any further postponements. It'll be priced at $190.
