The Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 'Fire Red/Hot Curry' Brings the Spice!
Since the year started, it's been a relatively quiet stretch for Jordan Brand's retrofuturistic Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT. However, that lull has come to a sizzling end as the Jumpman are adding some serious spice to the new-jack AJ 1's roster with a fresh 'Fire Red/Hot Curry' colourway.
Any sneaker with such a high-temperature moniker better be bold and bright, and the 'Fire Red/Hot Curry' lives up to its nickname. The former shade appears on the mudguard, eyestays, exposed foam collar, tongue and cut-out Swoosh, while the latter, a bright orange, is used on the toebox, heel, collar flaps and tongue tag. If it wasn't surrounded by so much 'Fire Red,' it would almost give off some Air Jordan 1 'Shattered Backboard' vibes! White leather quarter panels and branded hits cool things down while a hidden serving of comfort-first flavour is provided by the Zoom unit embedded in the white midsole and red outsole.
Nike have yet to announce when the Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 'Fire Red/Hot Curry' will be served up, but it's likely to drop sometime in the coming weeks. Expect to plunk down $140 if you're looking to snag a pair.
