Official Images: Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Homage’
One of the more unique colourways in the Jumpman hangar, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Homage to Home’ landed in 2018 as a nod to both the ‘Chicago’ and ‘Bred’. Utilising a half-half design, the ‘Homage' is now making its way to the Air Jordan 1 Low, the silhouette this time appearing in black and white tumbled leather.
Hybridised thanks to its tuck-seamed construction (the very same used on the original AJ1 ‘Homage to Home’), the latest colourway is no doubt a double-take aesthetic somewhat also reminiscent of the Air Force 1 ‘Scarface’ that launched in 2006.
Of course, the original ‘Homage to Home’ is still one of the more coveted releases from the Jumpman in recent years, the visual mashup only released in numbered friends and family editions and highly limited retail run – not numbered. A ‘Royal’ version was also created for VIPs for the brand (*cries in not ‘Very Important Person’*).
Currently no official release details have surfaced, but make sure to keep it locked to Sneaker Freaker for updates.
In the meantime, make sure to check out official images of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Denim’!
