Jordan Brand's propensity for turning Air Jordans into tournament-ready golf spikes is well known. In the last few years alone, the Jumpman have given the Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 5 Low and Air Jordan 11 Low golf-ified makeovers that bridge the gap between the court and the links – the second of which Michael Jordan loves almost as much as the first. However, never before has a silhouette made the transition look as seamless as the Air Jordan 1 Low.

Debuting in four familiar colourways – 'Chicago', 'Shadow', 'Wolf Grey' and 'Triple White' – these low-cut Air Jordan 1s are almost indistinguishable from their classic counterparts, save for a deeper, toothier tread pattern plus special 'GOLF' branding on the tongue and outsole. The shape is that of an OG Air Jordan 1 Low, and premium leathers either smooth or tumbled are used on each.

'Chicago' is an artful re-work of the Air Jordan 1 'Chicago', the most legendary AJ 1 of them all. 'Shadow' replicates the Air Jordan 1 'Shadow', another popular OG colourway. 'Wolf Grey' looks a hell of a lot like the Dior x Air Jordan 1 (in colour, at least), and 'Triple White' is a classic style seen on everything from Air Jordan 1 Mids to Air Force 1s.

A release date for these fairway-furnished stompers has yet to be announced, but they're likely to touch down in the coming months. You'll want to be quick when they drop, as they'll surely fly off shelves just like their classic counterparts do!
