Aimé Leon Dore Announce New London Flagship Store

Aimé Leon Dore London Flagship Store Opening

Coming to London town, innit? Aimé Leon Dore have announced that they're opening a new flagship retail location in the heart of London's famed Soho district – an area that's also home to streetwear stalwarts like Palace, Supreme, Stussy, Patta and many others. The brand's second brick-and-mortar store after their original flagship location on New York's Mulberry Street, the opening of this store will serve as a key piece of ALD's continued expansion after luxury conglomerate LVMH took a stake in their operations back in January.

As seen in ALD's Instagram post below, the new store offers a striking blend of old-world elegance and modern sportswear/streetwear style, a formula the Teddy Santis-helmed outfit perfected at their Mulberry Street location. Elegant wood walls factor heavily into the design, as does patterned carpet, velvet drapes and luxurious tile floors. Of course, there are some striking pieces of ephemera to be seen as well, with embellishments like OG 1985 Air Jordan 1s and a Tyrrell Winston basketball sculpture contrasting the classically-framed photographs hung on the walls. There's even a record room with an extensive vinyl collection!

If you're looking to step through the (Aimé Leon) door of the new store, you'll be able to do so beginning tomorrow, June 3 at 11 AM BST. The store is located at 32 Broadwick Street, W1F 8JB. And yes, pairs of the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 991 will be available in-store to celebrate the opening!
