Aimé Leon Dore Debut a Clarks Wallabee Colab

Aimé Leon Dore x Clarks Wallabee

Over the past few years, the Queens-based fashion and lifestyle brand Aimé Leon Dore has garnered quite the cult following. While staying true to their New York roots and strong aesthetic, they’ve recently been pushing colabs that have been receiving a lot of attention. This year they’ve tapped New Balance for two tasty projects, one on the 827 Abzorb and the other on the 550. Now, their sights are set on the Clarks Wallabee.

Recently debuted by them on social media, the crew at ALD haven’t changed the construction of the iconic Wallabee silhouette too much, but they have definitely put their own unique spin on the iteration.

Usually found in a full-suede look, this link-up goes for a matted fleece material that gives off a distressed worn-in vintage vibe. From the images above, we can’t see any other structural changes, but the model does rock co-branded swing tags. Making their voice heard, ALD have scripted their name on a small tag along the collar.

So far, no further detailed information has surfaced, but we do know that if you’re subscribed to the Aimé Leon Dore mailing list then you should be receiving an email in the coming few days. But, as usual, stay locked to Sneaker Freaker because we’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear anything!
