A Slip-On Version of the Yeezy BOOST 700 MNVN is Dropping Soon

adidas Yeezy BOOST 700 MNVN Laceless 'Phosphor'

Kanye West and adidas' big and bold Yeezy BOOST 700 MNVN isn't lacking for personality, but it's set to release with a tweaked detail nonetheless: a laceless construction. Debuting on the previously-released 'Phosphor' colourway from 2020, this new build retains all the details of the original MNVN, but discards the laces for a slightly sleeker look on the upper.

Besides the laceless construction and the 'Phosphor' colourway, most of the model's details still remain a mystery. However, an early image – that may be a mock-up – from Yeezy pages @yeezyinfluence and @dondasplace gives us some idea of what to expect. According to the early rendition, this laceless iteration of the 'Phosphor' will feature a bright neon yellow colour on its upper and retain the MNVN's super-sized silver '700' detailing as well. Of course, the full-foot BOOST cushioning setup isn't going anywhere either! There will be a few differences though, namely that a heel tab will be added to assist with entry and removal and a white midsole will arrive in the place of the usual black iteration.

The Yeezy BOOST 700 MNVN Laceless 'Phosphor' brings a fresh new look to the Yeezy line, following up the recent reveal of a 'Fade Carbon' take on the Yeezy 700 V3. Might Yeezy's offerings be warming up in colour as summer approaches in the Americas? Models like those two and the Yeezy 450 'Sulfur' certainly lend some weight to the theory.

Expect this laceless Yeezy to touch down via the adidas Yeezy webpage, Yeezy Supply and select Yeezy retailers around the globe sometime this June. Its MSRP will be set at $220.
