Kanye West and adidas' Yeezy 450 is poised to play an even larger role in the Yeezy lineup over the course of 2022, and the Steven Smith-designed silhouette has just appeared in a new earthy brown colourway. Shown via on-foot photos from @yankeekicks, it utilizes a familiar, no-frills Yeezy colour scheme, opting to let its signature build do the talking.
The Yeezy 450 features a form-fitting Primeknit sock upper, bolstered by a series of thick EVA foam 'spikes' that descend into the bulbous midsole. The unique, bottom-heavy look is rather divisive – it's been compared to a soup dumpling in the past, and someone in the comments of the Instagram post below quipped that it [looks] like a 'bag tied around your ankle' – but a sneaker this futuristic is never going to please everyone!
Grab a thorough look at the brown Yeezy 450 above, and sit tight for info on a release date as it's likely to hit shelves in the coming months.
