The immortal low-cut basketball silhouette is celebrating its 45th birthday, and the Three Stripes squad has a raft of special celebrations planned. The parade kicked off recently in New York City, the metropolis that turned the Superstar into a streetwear icon, with an exhibition held on Wooster street showcasing photography depicting the nascent Superstar in its early days on the streets.
