2015 is going to be a huge year for the adidas . The immortal low-cut basketball silhouette is celebrating its 45th birthday, and the Three Stripes squad has a raft of special celebrations planned. The parade kicked off recently in New York City, the metropolis that turned the Superstar into a streetwear icon, with an exhibition held on Wooster street showcasing photography depicting the nascent Superstar in its early days on the streets. One of the most important photographers to capture that early Superstar spirit was Jamel Shabazz, and he showed up to the exhibition to present a talk to the punters.
