adidas Adicolor - Museum Recap
Adidas re-released their highly sought after adicolor pack in 2006 with an extensive catalogue of artist series, custom packs and collaborations. First seen in 1983, adidas jumped on the custom bandwagon earlier than most, taking advantage of consumers wanting to set their kicks apart from the average joe blow on the streets. Releasing with a pack of permanent markers, adidas re-upped their drop with mini spray cans and a host of artist interpretations, which saw sneakerheads go bananas! Remember those days? With artists such as Jeremy Scott, Kazuki, Bill McCullen and Peter Saville on the roster, most of these kicks sold out on the day of release.
