The adidas Forum High 84 Gets Scuffed
It’s been a colossal 12 months for the the 1980s hooper tapped for collaborations with everyone from reggaeton superstar to It doesn’t look like things are slowing down in 2022 either, with adidas already throwing their weight behind more partnerships and mainline releases.
The latest colourway to emphasise the models throwback characteristics is the ‘White/Yellow’ rendition, the ‘neo-vintage’ design expected to land alongside a similar pair.
Manufactured with white leather uppers and contrasting yellow Three Stripes, the Forum is peppered with faux scuff marks so as to appear like it’s straight from the archives. The aged vernacular extends to the midsoles, where the ‘beater’ look is even more pronounced. Finally, the dusty outsoles look like they’ve been tracked through thick dirt.
Of course, all of the Forum’s signature characteristics are present, including the indelible hook-and-loop strap and classic nylon dellinger web netting.
