A Closer Look at the Invincible x Neighborhood x adidas NMD_R1
After months of waiting, have finally presented us with a detailed look at their upcoming collaboration with and Consortium. Utilising the silhouette, the Taiwanese boutique and Japanese streetwear brand have produced a colab as elegant as it is intricate.
The make-up embraces a black and white colourway; its only use of colour is at the heels, which feature elaborate embroidery inspired by lavish Japanese souvenir jackets. Despite its almost monochromatic appearance, the colab doesn't disappoint on details, all of which are beautifully refined. Colab branding is split between the left and right shoes, and can be found on the tongue tag, front midsole shank and even on the lace aglets. Other subtle details include leather eyelets and a subtle camouflage print applied to the Three Stripes branding.
