A$AP Rocky Explains Why His UA Sneaker Looks Familiar

In an exclusive interview with GQ, Pretty Flacko confirms what we’ve all been thinking: the D3 was a huge inspiration. But Rocky didn’t simply bite the design like many assumed. Rather, the two models' likeness is rooted in them being designed by the same person: former pro skater Dave Mayhew. ‘I didn't want to do too much without actually having Dave involved,’ says Rocky.
