43einhalb Giving Away a Mercedes 190E ‘Infrared Benz’ to Celebrate Air Max III Release
With the excitement brewing for the release of the III ‘Radiant Red’ (aka 'Infrared') across Europe, various retailers have gone all out with their product activations, most notably . The German sneaker spot has teamed up with local rapper Kool Savas and tuning specialists JP Performance to give a Mercedes Benz 190E 1.8 – another icon of the 1990s – a makeover.
The sought-after Benz has been decked out in themed lines and colours inspired by Tinker Hatfield’s famed sneaker design. There’s plenty of special details, but it’s hard to look past the Air Max III chrome-covered hood ornament, which sits just above the grill. And, to cap off the pictorial, they’ve filled the trunk up with stacks of AMIIIs.
It’s already one of the wildest product launches we’ve seen, but 43einhalb prepped to do the unthinkable – they’re giving it away! Details for the giveaway are yet to be revealed, but the retailer has confirmed that an announcement will be made via social media in the coming days.
