All of Billie Eilish’s Sneaker Collaborations (So Far!)

Billie Eilish is one of the most explosive artists of the modern music era. With her seemingly endless hits from ‘bad guy’ to ‘when the party’s over’, Eilish has not only racked up billions of streams but plenty of music accolades, too. At 20, she’s already earned herself seven Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, two Guinness World Records and more! Naturally, her influence extends well beyond music, from her worldview to her hair and unique personal style – which, of course, includes sneakers.

In 2021, Eilish would score the first of many sneaker collaborations. While her colabs with Jordan Brand and Nike, in a sense, stick to a particular style, they’re both equally quirky. Over the past couple of years, these collaborations have continued to roll out regularly and, more importantly, they never disappoint. Keep scrolling to check out all of Billie Eilish’s sneaker colabs so far.

Billie Eilish x Air Jordan 1 KO

Rumours that Eilish was tapped for her very own Jordan Brand collaboration initially began circling way back in 2019. With images surfacing in 2021, it was confirmed that she’d be putting her spin on the brand’s Air Jordan 1 KO model for her first go-around. Setting the tone of what would become her signature sneaker colab style, the high-top pairs were decked out all over in a tonal ‘Ghost Green’. The Air Jordan 1 KO seemed to have somewhat of a revival in 2021, and this colourway could be considered a nod to the artist’s famously neon green hair colour.

Completely vegan-constructed, Eilish’s Blohsh emblem can be found on the tongue, replacing the usual Nike Swoosh logo. A co-branded BILLIE EILISH/Jumpman logo was printed on the insoles.

Billie Eilish x Air Jordan 15

Following the inaugural Air Jordan 1 KO collaboration, Eilish went for the double whammy, once again hooking up with Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 15 in 2021. Combined with the AJ1 KO, these two pairs would complete her first Jordan Brand collection, and like the debut pair, there were also created with vegan materials. The inspiration behind the pairs stemmed from ‘childhood memories, individual style, and ethical beliefs’.

The Air Jordan 15 silhouette is apparently Eilish’s all-time favourite Jumpman sneaker, and for her own take on the model, she covered it with light tan uppers and opted for stitched panels that give the design a militaristic finish. Fun fact: Eilish revealed that the first time she had the AJ15 in hand, they ‘felt like a million dollars’!

After collaborating with Jordan Brand on two high-top models, Eilish would turn her focus to more Nike-aligned models, including the Nike Air Force 1 High. In late 2021, a trend arose, and it became clear that Eilish had a very particular aesthetic when it came to her sneaker colabs. Aside from exclusively working with Highs, the star favoured muted, tonal uppers. The Billie Eilish x Nike AF-1 ‘Mushroom’ eventually released towards the middle of 2022 with the phrase, ‘It’s hard to stop it once it starts’ printed on ,the shoebox and the insoles. As expected, the multiple velcro straps that covered the laces (inspired by Nike’s Air Trainer) polarised many at first glance, but over time, public opinion began to shift.

As it turns out, there was more Air Force 1 where that came from! Announced not long after the ‘Mushroom’, it was revealed that Eilish would again be working on the Swoosh’s high-top model, this time in a contrasting shade of ‘Sequoia’. Bringing those finger-looking Velco straps into the fold once again, the pairs followed the same vegan-suede construction.

When the initial mockups of the pairs were first seen, many expected the colourway to be more of a pine green. But after official product shots were revealed, the palette was closer to olive green. Further down, the soles feature a darker, more subtle shade of green as well as a Nike Crater foam inside.
