Nike Football has unleashed new national team kits for three major round ball powers – Brazil, Netherlands and Portugal. The new Brazil home kit channels a retro look with thick green sleeve cuffs and popped green collar, while away jerseys for Portugal and the Netherlands opt for stealthy black and white/red/blue colouring respectively. All the shirts are made with a minimum 96% recycled polyester while the shorts are constructed completely from recycled polyester – that's an average of 13 recycled plastic bottles in each kit! Nike's Dri-FIT technology has also improved, and is now 23 percent lighter with a 20 percent stronger knit structure than Nike’s previous kits. The shirts feature laser-cut ventilation holes for player cooling, and Brazil's shirt is perforated by five star-shaped holes – presumably to represent the five World Cups they've won. Check out the gallery of the new kits below and get your own from Nike.com.
