Casio recently launched their G-Shock-ingly hot new store in London's East End. Attendees were crammed into the cozy retail space and given an exclusive look at the latest range of wrist poppers, as well as a series of limited edition tees and watches by Collect London. There were G-Shock demos, pint-glass smashing comps, hipsters looking to become part of the East End's fashion pack, consumers milking the 20% discount offer and a collection of cats who just wanna be like Flava Flav and know what time it is!
G-Shock East is also set to become a hub for underground artists. Tim Gould, Head of Marketing for Casio UK stated, 'The East End is the perfect fit for G-Shock as we continue to forge new ground as a brand. We're excited about pushing the store beyond the limits of a retail space by offering it up as an exhibition area to up-and-coming artists and designers.'
