The Big Mouth Project is a collaboration between artists and WorkSafe Victoria to celebrate our biggest asset in the workplace. To help spread the word, the project has asked some of the world’s most talented artists, typographers, writers, animators, web designers, model makers and photographers to bring Melbourne's biggest mouth, Luna Park, to life in any way they see fit. Paintings, sculptures, movies, t-shirts, toys, pretty much anything and everything to get the message out there. Even word of mouth.
Internationally renowned sculpture and stencil artist, D*Face, is in Melbourne this week to launch the Big Mouth Project. Known for his commitment to the individual having a voice, D*Face has spoken up about issues of social and political significance through his work for the past 10 years – cutting, pasting and drawing his way through the streets of London, using subversive images that challenge the orthodox, while sticking two fingers up at the establishment.
