A funny thing happened today. I was marinating in the shade of the Alife backyard and they told me Pharrell was coming in to shoot some MTV slot. So what do you do? Play it cool or dig in and hang round like a groupie? Someone told me he has 9 mobile phones, each ranked according to a complex system as to whether he will answer it. Can it be true?
Anyway, he had a big posse of hangers on with him. What a weird fucked up life it must be to surrounded by yes men and babes who want to play your skin flute. At his level fame must be bizarro, I doubt he can even walk down the street anymore. A few minutes after I took this photo, he came out the back to say hello and I managed to pounce like a tiger, giving him a pair of the SF lacoste shoes in his size! Will they end up in his next video or will he chuck them in the nearest bin. Who knows?
