After much hype and leaked picture hoopla, with both Kanye and Jay-Z wearing the sneakers at all opportunities, we finally get a good, close-up look at what could possibly outrank the as the most sought-after sneakers of 2012. Interestingly, it's not the black/pink but the Pure Platinum pair that are getting the attention. Initially identified as 'zen grey', the colour is officially listed as wolf grey/pure platinum, with hits of watermelon on the inner. The glow in the dark soles, snakeskin leather and Torch fabric come as no surprise, but generous hits of Egyptian culture are unexpected (see our in for the full story).
