Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Moire (Menta/Dark Obsidian)

Nike continues to use their bizarre colour names to school us in facets of life we could have easily continued existing successfully without knowing about, but are kinda glad we do. While we're no strangers to 'Dark Obsidian', which takes its name from a naturally occurring volcanic glass formed as an igneous rock that is produced when felsic lava extruded from a volcano cools rapidly with minimum crystal growth, this is the first time we've seen 'Menta' show up on a show box. Menta is apparently a sweet mint liqueur prepared from natural ingredients like spearmint oil and is a popular summertime drink in Bulgaria. We're thinking Nike is more using mentha as its muse though, which is the Latin name for mint. Glad we all understand eacho ther now.
