Last year was the Insta Pump Fury's time to shine, and now that baton has been passed over to the . The 25-year-old road running warrior has grabbed it with two eager hands (or feet?) too, and we're currently standing behind the barrier at the starting line, enjoying the beginning of the parade of new renditions of the model. The OG has arrived on shelves already, and now Extra Butter have the honour of being the first collaborator to feature on our site. We're digging the clever concept behind this one too – the (in)famous hot halal street food of New York City, the home of Extra Butter, serves as the inspiration. We're talking shawarmas, felafels, kebabs – all that greasy business that tastes 10 million times better afeter you've bathed your stomach in liquor. Extra Butter haven't just thrown the idea about for a gimmick and a laugh, either, they've shoe-ified their muse – peep the yellow rice-speckled midsole; undercooked chicken (avoid avoid) on the outsole; a lettuce arch support foot bridge; and extra laces in garlic white and chilli red sauce. These spicy sneaks will arrive at Extra Butter's NYC store on the Lower East Side on February 6, and will drop into their Rockville Centre outpost and webstore on February 7. Photos by .
