It'a a big week for fans as we gear up to cop an insanely on-point looking retro of the EQT Running Cushion from 1992. When it was first released in 1992, the EQT Cushion model was a response to the needs of everyday runners.With features that just made sense, its silhouette was calculated and considered, from its asymmetrical collar for free ankle movement to the external heel counter that kept every step in check. In celebration of a classic 90s running shoe, adidas Consortium has reproduced the EQT Cushion in a faithful one-to-one reissue. Every aspect of the shoe has been reinstated from the textiles to the tech, with its slick tonal upper popped with the 3-stripes mark in the iconic Equipment colours. For the OG heads, it’s a long-awaited chance to grab an Equipment Series classic. For those less familiar, it’s time to get a taste of true performance footwear.
The shoe will be pre-released in Berlin at and on the 15th of January – with a release at Consortium retailers on the 1st of February. additional Images via .
