Ronnie Fieg has worked with Timberland to revive an archive classic, the 7 Eyelet Chukka. This is the model that opened up Mr Fieg's eyes to the true meaning of ‘quality' way back when he was a humble stock boy in 1985. Boot craftsmanship may be all the buzz today, but 25 years back these butters had details that were unheard of at the time, such as 3H leathers (the thickest available), waxed canvas, a Gore-Tex bootie, Vibram sole and raw hide leather laces. Returning in extremely limited quantities and hand made using all the OG tools and materials, this 25th anniversary reissue will be available on October 22nd and David Z's NY flagship store and at davidz.com. Hit Ronnie Fieg up for the whole story.
