Performance running has undergone a renaissance of late, with the public clambering all over a fantastic array of new technical innovations. Leading the charge is Reebok, whose zany Zig Tech sole is at the forefront of this new frontier. We weren’t entirely sure what to make of Zig Tech when we first locked eyes on it a year ago (check out our feature review here). But it sure did grab our attention. Seems like we weren't the only ones. With everyone from Giorgio Armani, Peyton Manning and The Situation getting on board the Zig train Reebok have clearly hit paydirt, developing something that's dazzlingly original yet wrapped up in a simple and universal promise - an energy boost for your feet. Like Pump and Max Air this is tactile technology that's obvious and in your face. And the public is lapping it up. Look out for these next generation Zig Tech Sonics to drop in local Foot Locker from next week.
