Originally introduced in 1985, the RS 100 runner was a takedown version of the RS Computer – a shoe built with electronics in the heel that could monitor running distance, time, and calories. This data could then be downloaded onto your Apple lle or Commodore 64. No techy stuff this time around, just three traditional tattoo motifs that wrap the heel cap using a print, deboss and embroidery technique carried out with Cubanbee’s own personal flair.
The three separate artworks honor Mom, Dad and the iconic Sacred Heart symbol. Full grain leather, contrast stitching, heavy natural weave and Cubanbee’s signature ID tag on the sock liner make this shoe a true masterpiece.
