Developed and tested with the team itself, the PUMA Sailing Performance Collection was created by sailors and will be worn by the PUMA Ocean Racing team throughout the Volvo Ocean Race 2008-2009. The gear will be put to the ultimate test during the nine-month race taking the sailors from the icy conditions of the Southern Ocean to the hot tropical climates of Brazil and India. 'We are repeating the formula we used in our successful motorsport line. We developed performance wear for our Formula 1 racers that gave us entry into the sport.
