The Air Jordan 2 has something of a cult following, and nowhere is this more true than on the streets of Japan. Harajuku brand Madfoot paid homage to the silhouette with their Mad Monty sneaker back in their mid noughties peak. Now another Japanese brand has mimicked the Air Jordan 2, the impossibly named PIVOT by diffeducation which has taken it in a dressier direction. Featuring a hand crafted leather upper sewn onto a sturdy Vibram sole, this hoops-hipster hybrid works a lot better than it probably should. Available late October, check them out at Flauge.
