Limited Edition: Woven Air Footscape 360
This series is a merge of two new technologies, the Woven Air Footscape and Nike’s newest Air innovation - Air Max 360. First impressions are that it's the best of the bunch. It's the freshest thing I've seen for some time, and it's definitely a move towards a new direction. From an internal perspective, the Footscape 360 also incorporates some of the environment friendly "Considered" thinking into the construction. There is no lining, and no glue has been used on the upper, and yet by all reports it is still quite a comfortable shoe.
These four models have been deliberately kept to a modest colour palette, which is a nice restrained move. Perhaps we'll start to see some more colour in the sole unit in the future? Either way, it looks ultra-modern and eminently wearable. Especially compared to the original beige and olive Considered releases. And it has the performance cushioning of the all round air bags. Comfort and brains in the one package.
