We've seen the new Zoom Kobe 7 strapped up with the removable ankle support, now here's a look at it in its more familiar low-top configuration. An obvious progression from the Zoom Kobe 7 which incorporates some of the angular aesthetics of Nike's earliest Kobe kicks, the tongue comes fused to a removable insole that packs some Zoom Air pep. A closer look at the parallel grooves of the upper actually reveals a diamond snakeskin pattern - a much more subtle execution of the tactile outer skin of the 6.
