Nike's Space Program has been busy researching a recent explosion at Area 72 – a top-secret facility close to the Houston battle ground of the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend. After a thorough inspection, five new intergalactic footwear models have been unearthed – the Nike Blazer Mid, Vandal, Lunar Force 1, Barkley Posite Max and Air Force Max 2013. All five models come strewn with out-of-this-world detailing including cosmic speckling, glow-in-the-dark highlights and the Nike Raygun character planted upon the tongue of each space-age silhouette. The Nike Area 72 Collection drops February 14 in limited quantities at select retailers and from Nike.com.
