Hot on the heels of the epic ‘Mega Shark Vs Giant Octopus’, comes a monster so fierce and furious, it’s about to tear havoc. The Blue Lobster Dunk is the bolder big brother of last year’s claw clamping Dunk Low and is about to be unleashed at Concepts, this Saturday, June 20, 2009, at 11:00 am.
You may remember the first ‘Lobster’ was shipped and promoted by the ‘Concepts Fishing Company,’ coming complete with a poster, lobster claw rubber band, tee shirt and condiment box (containing a lobster shell cracker, fork, bib, wet nap and ‘butter’ shoelaces). This time around the Blue Lobster Nike SB will be bagged, tagged and sealed in a HAZMAT foam container containing an official Nike SB tee shirt, hang tag and lace lock. The first 200 pairs will also come with one of two Concepts x Alien Workshop skate decks.
On June 20, while in line to pick up the Blue Lobster, Concepts will also be raffling off a pair of the original Lobster Dunk Lows from 2008. Raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each and the drawing will be held immediately following the release.
