NIKE ALL COURT X A.P.C.

Derived from Nike’s 36-year sports heritage and French label A.P.C.’s simple chic elegance, Nike Sportswear presents a partnership to remix one of Nike’s most classic shoes – the All Court shoe. Known for its timeless style, the All Court was a natural choice for A.P.C., a brand revered for its simplicity and classic approach, to work on with Nike Sportswear.

NIKE ALL COURT x A.P.C.

First introduced in 1975 as a predecessor to the Cross Trainer, the Nike All Court is an all-around shoe – it’s a basketball shoe, tennis shoe, squash, handball and racquetball shoe. The rugged canvas upper combined with the rubber toe-cap, soft Spenco® quarterlining and a longwearing, non-marking natural colored rubber outsole gives this shoe its modern versatility. It’s built to be strong and supportive, but breathable for durability and comfort. The All Court is fully lined with terrycloth for absorbency and foot cushioning, and the Spenco® quarterlining provides heel security, blister protection and cushioning for the Achiles tendon. The original All Court was made in Light Blue and white, and for the Nike Sportswear x A.P.C. version, they updated the shoe with a classic Red.

“The All Court was chosen because of its simple, sophisticated clean lines,” said Fraser Cooke, Nike Sportswear Global Brand Energy Leader. “APC, a sophisticated but edgy unisex style brand, was a perfect partner to integrate these types of styles to compliment the Nike Sportswear ethos, adding a simple finish to the end product.”

Built upon the foundation of a longstanding friendship, this is the second shoe that Nike and A.P.C. have worked together on. The first was the Court Tradition, and now we follow up with the All Court – both simple in appearance, but broad in function, combining the best from Nike Sportswear and from A.P.C.

About the All Court The All Court launched in 1975 and is excellent for all-around wear as well as use during tennis, basketball and other court activities. The rugged canvas upper combined with the rubber tow cap, soft Spenco® quarterlining and a longwearing, non-marking natural colored rubber outsole makes this a versatile model for Nike. The All Court is a popular model for daily wear, while still a true athletic shoe in the Nike tradition.
