The NB R993 is the latest in New Balance’s long line of no-nonsense performance runners. Our spies tell us that this tidy little model is a favorite of Apple supremo Steve Jobs! Produced by the Japanese division, this black and blue stormer will definitely make a nice home in our collection. There’s no fancy colab partner attached to help sell this to the masses, but that only magnifies its low-key appeal in our eyes. Look out for them this summer.
