One of our favorite sleepers in the K-Swiss stable is the Si-18. Confusingly, the term refers to some fandangled technology in the footbed, and is not a shoe's actual name as we previously had believed. In any case, this new Rannell features Si-18, and it's a solid little number with a 'retro-techie' feel, accentuated by the honeycomb-like silicon bubble in the heel. Apparently it cradles your foot, providing superior shock absorption without compromising stability. Now if they can get the colours jumping, there might be something about to catch fire here.
