Swedish skater Pontus Alv has just dropped his new skate shoe with Emerica in celebration of being one of the company's longest running skaters. To commemorate the occasion, the team put Pontus to the design drawing board where he has created a simplistic yet incredibly symbolic sneaker colab. From the original tongue tag art-work to the patriotic Swedish flag icon on the heel cap, Pontus leaves his father's lasting memories in the footbed lining of the Tope silhouette, creating a memoriam to his hero's legacy. 'The insoles of the shoes pay tribute to Pontus' father Torsten, who always motivated him to keep skateboarding, but unfortunately passed away when Pontus was only 10 years old.
