To coincide with World AIDS Day (December 1), Converse and Brooklyn artist Jose Parla have teamed up for a special limited-run Chuck Taylor. Parla chose his abstract work Ephemeral Pitches, and Notes, Rhythm and Phonetics to sprawl across the iconic Chuck Taylor upper in tones of tan, yellow and grey, with funds raised going towards the (RED) campaign to fight AIDS/HIV in Africa. Only 500 pairs will be made available at select Converse dealers worldwide.
