Nestled in the bosom of Orange County, BAIT is the newest addition to California’s streetwear fraternity. A member of the PYS.com retail empire, BAIT will apparently be more of a design-driven concept shop, with plans already afoot for its own in-house brand of apparel, as well as vinyl toys and of course, sneakers. The store doesn’t officially open until early June, but we managed to snap these images of their debut colab. Designed to invoke the superhero spirit of the London Games, this quintet of ASICS runners are jam-packed with micro details, notably the lavish use of asymmetrical colour blocking, reflective 3M and golden footbeds.
