Something a little out of topic - but we think this is pretty interesting. New technology in sneakers are always welcome at Sneaker Freaker, even though it's in the form of a football boot.
Adidas has had much success with it's last boot, The 'Predator', and with the ever growing demand for customised and individual product such as Nike ID and the new Adicolour range, this was only a matter of time...
Welcome to the Adidas +F50 TUNIT. It's a new concept that allows players to customize, adapt and tune their boots to any weather, pitch and style of play. The revolutionary +F50 TUNIT is constructed from three interchangeable components: the upper, chassis and studs - each coming in a veriety of styles and functions. Kinda like in skateboarding where you pick your own deck, trucks and wheels. There is also a model called the 'Climacool' which is done in mesh, that boasts a cooling system for your feet on a hot day.
To add to this, Adidas has already commited to endorsements by some key professional soccer players such as Djibril Cisse (Liverpool), Arjen Robben (Chelsea) and Jermain Defoe (Tottenham) to name a few. More info here. Have a look for yourselves.
