Sneaker Pimps is the worlds largest touring sneaker hip-hop lifestyle exhibition featuring over 1500 pairs of rare, limited edition, vintage, celebrity signed, artists collaborated sneakers and a collection of sneaker inspired artwork, fashion and photography. The tour also features live street art installations, live skateboarding demonstrations, street basketball competitions and live hip-hop and rock performances by some of the world’s foremost recording artists.
The Sneaker Pimps Tour has traveled to more than 70 cities and put on over 200 shows since 2003. An international phenomenon, the tour’s core countries include Australia, New Zealand, USA, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, S. Korea, China, Thailand, Canada and The Philippines, making it the worlds largest cultural street-art lifestyle exhibition.
Over 500 of the worlds top and up & coming street artists have contributed original works to the Sneaker Pimps World Tour, including: Futura, Dave White, Stash, Mr Cartoon, Shepard Fairey, Tokidoki, Dave Kinsey, SBTG, Methamphibian, Doze, Bigfoot, Tkid, Cope2, London Police, Dalek, Claw Money, Lady Pink, Ewok, Ghost and many more.
Past live music performances have included Nas, EPMD, DJ Premier, Lupe Fiasco, Funkmaster Flex, Ghostface Killah, DJ Muggs, Beatnuts, Cool Kids, Clipse, Dr Octagon, Dan the Automator, Kid Koala, DJ Qbert, Mix Master Mike, Bun B, Redman, Capone N NORE, Public Enemy, Swizz Beatz, Biz Markie, Slick Rick, Travis Barker, Paul Wall, Black Sheep, Too $hort, Jeru The Damaja, Diplo, Kid Capri, Marley Marl, DJ Muro and many more.
This will be the first European tour Sneaker Pimps has embarked upon. The tour will feature live artist installations and live music performances by internationally acclaimed artists.
