It seems that sneaker culture is slowly drifting into deeper waters and exploring just how far it can be taken on board in other facets of fashion. Never before has Australia seen one sneaker brand collaborate with an acclaimed fashion label to create such a dynamic and eclectic vision. Last week a who's who of celebrities and scenesters that would probably be unaware of just how massive the sneaker scene is, got a taste of the culture we here have been heralding for years.

It seems the humble tennis shoe has now started making a big name for itself in the Australian Fashion scene, and we can thank designer Nicholas Morley for this debut. He wowed the crowd with his combined punk rock and romantic-inspired style, embracing bright, geometric and graphic patterns with frills and floral dispersions. And what were they rocking you might ask? Well it is none other than the Royal Elastics Feilfri Mid. A futuristic high top with a massive dose of Back To The Future appeal, it is now available from Royal Elastics stockists around Australia and New Zealand.
