Last Friday evening Nike co-founder and chairman Philip H. Knight was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The award recognised Knight's epic partnership with Michael Jordan and his relentless hard work in growing the game of basketball on a global scale. "My knees buckled. My knees actually buckled when I got the call that I was to be inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame." Introduced on the night by MJ, Phil and Michael's partnership dates back almost 30 years and has elevated the business of basketball to a completely unprecedented realm.
