The 9th annual winter H-Town Sneaker Summit has been locked in for NBA All-Star weekend next year, and the crew is promising a huge event. Kicking off at 3pm on Saturday, February 17, the massive Woodlands Water Marriott hotel ballroom will be filled with dozens of displays from boutiques, brands and collectors, giving all-comers the chance to snap up some heat and salivate over genuine rarities.
