Finally, we can announce the winner of our Win A DC Bike competition! We sifted through all the entries, and diplomatically pulled two names out of a jar. Once both names were drawn we flipped a coin and Sneaker Freaker member locoren came up trumps as the winner. One look at his flamboyant entry and you'll understand why he scooped up first place.
