Michael Jordan is an athlete. MJ is a father. MJ has heart. MJ is dedicated, professional and committed. MJ is not afraid to follow his dreams. MJ was not content to just play in the NBA. MJ was determined to be an all-star. MJ was determined to be one of the best ever! MJ set his sights high, worked hard, trained hard, and fought hard to achieve his goals. MJ achieves his goals. MJ did not settle for one NBA championship, one MVP or one Olympic Gold medal. MJ kept on achieving even after he could have finally relaxed a little. MJ was instrumental in bolstering the NBA's popularity. MJ was a wonder to watch. When MJ was on the court he epitomized strength, courage, dedication and hard work. MJ had enough guts to leave the NBA and try his hand at baseball, even when they laughed at him. MJ was not ashamed to return to the NBA, he held his head high. MJ is not caught up in being MJ. He is a real, genuine person who works for a living. MJ chose to work hard, to contribute to the community, to follow the law, to be a good citizen. MJ takes care of his family and cares about others. MJ supports less fortunate children and families through his charity work. MJ did not ignore the plight of others, the circumstances of life and the hardships of others. MJ is not a saint. MJ did not seek cover when his mistakes were discovered. MJ admitted his mistakes, paid his debts, and learnt from them. MJ did not put all his eggs in one basket. MJ had the foresight and thought to plan for the future. MJ understood that his athletic career would not last forever. MJ secured the future of his family. MJ is a family man. MJ never forgot about his children. MJ worked hard to provide for his family. MJ worked hard at his marriage, he didn't run at the first sign of trouble. Although they ultimately divorced, MJ still respects the mother of his children, treating her with consideration and respect. MJ is a good man with a kind heart. MJ is a role model. Like many a role model to me, who has made me strive to reach goals which once never seemed possible. MJ is loved by many but known by all. MJ is a role model for every man and every woman, no matter how different they may be to him. MJ does what he can to be a man, everyday. MJ is a man. MJ is a real man. MJ shows others what you can do, have to do, should do, to be a man. Anyone can act like a man, that doesn't make them a man. MJ is a man. MJ, Air Jordan, his Airness is the man. That is the love and legacy of Michael 'Air' Jordan!
